Jennifer Saenz – Paralegal/Office Manager.  In 2009, Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio.  Before joining Whyte PLLC, Jennifer worked at the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio, providing primary support to the Original Proceedings Staff Attorney, while also assisting with Civil and Criminal Appellate case files.  In her position as a Paralegal, Jennifer not only assists with the Firm’s business litigation matters, but she also handles all aspects of the property litigation cases, including pre-litigation activities through the settlement of the case.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her 7-year old son.

 


Michelle Jenkins – Michelle has three years of experience working on property litigation cases, and she fulfills an  integral role that every effective law firm must have for achieving success for its clients. Michelle serves as a legal assistant and client specialist assisting an attorney with every phase of a case. Michelle’s understanding of the insurance industry is an asset to both the firm and its clients. Prior to entering the legal field, Michelle interned with the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office and studied criminal justice at The University of Texas at San Antonio where she received her Bachelors of Science.

 


Nathalia Lopez – Nathalia serves as a legal assistant with over a year of experience in property litigation cases. Prior to commencing a career in the legal field, she worked as a client specialist for 3 years. She believes her principles and integrity are the foundation for building trustworthy relationships with clients. She is currently a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she plans to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Political Science and minor is Legal Studies and Communications.  Nathalia is originally from a small town known as Brownsville, Texas and is fluent in Spanish.
