Marc Whyte

Marc was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended St. Thomas High School in Houston before moving on to attend college at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. After receiving a business degree from Wake, Marc came back home to Texas where he attended St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. Following his time at St. Mary’s where he graduated with honors, Marc was hired by one of the biggest law firms in Texas where he began representing business entities in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including defending employers against issues related to discrimination and harassment, oil and gas litigation, and banking litigation. While Marc still is an active commercial litigator, he has now expanded his practice to represent people and businesses who have been wronged by insurance companies or taxing authorities, or who have been otherwise damaged.

Marc has practiced all over the State of Texas and the United States, in both state and federal courts. Marc is results-oriented; he prides himself on effectively helping his business and individual clients with all of the their legal needs – always keeping an eye on how to get the best result for the client as efficiently as possible.

In 2009 Marc married his beautiful wife Lorien, and he is now the proud father of two daughters, Ashlynn and Olivia. In his free time, Marc enjoys sports, politics and international travel. Marc also is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Port of San Antonio, as he was appointed to the position by District 10 City Councilman Mike Gallagher in March 2017.
