Following his time at St. Mary’s where he graduated with honors, Marc was hired by one of the biggest law firms in Texas where he began representing business entities in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including defending employers against issues related to discrimination and harassment, oil and gas litigation, and banking litigation.  Since Whyte PLLC’s inception, Marc’s practice has continued to focus on representing businesses, both large and small, with their legal needs.  Additionally, Whyte PLLC now also represents individuals who have been treated unfairly by insurance companies.

Marc has practiced all over the State of Texas and the United States, in both state and federal courts.  Marc is results-oriented; he prides himself on effectively helping his business and individual clients with all of the their legal needs – always keeping an eye on how to get the best result for the client as efficiently as possible.

In 2009 Marc married his beautiful wife Lorien, and he is now the proud father of two daughters, Ashlynn and Olivia.  In his free time, Marc enjoys sports, politics and international travel.  Marc also is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Port of San Antonio, as he was appointed to the position by District 10 City Councilman Mike Gallagher in March 2017.  See: http://www.bizjournals.com/sanantonio/news/2017/03/27/attorney-marc-whyte-joins-port-san-antonio-board.html.
